Help!!!! LOST CONNECTION DUE TO PERMISSION ACCESS

I am receiving a error message when I try to log into my characters. It says attention you have lost connection to the destiny servers. Your permissions to access online multiplayer gameplay may have changed or your profile may have been signed in Elsewhere for more information visit help.bungie.net. the problem is I am not signed in anywhere else so I am wondering how can I get ahold of someone to see what is going on with me not being able to login

  • Hey there, let's start by clearing your console cache and restoring your licenses and see if that helps at all. Clear Console Cache https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539 Restore Licenses https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181 If that doesn't fix the problem try deleting Destiny completely (all expansions included), clear your cache again, and then reinstall Destiny. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12288 I hope this helps. :)

    • I am having the same issue. No problem elsewhere. Just with Destiny. No error code name. Probably some update has hosed the login process yet again.
