Best Legendary Scout Rifles (not include hung jury)
Self explanatory.
My favorite is the Cocytus SR4 from the gunsmith. Rank 1 roll had Icarus, single point sling, and firefly. Single point sling with a snapshot 1k stare is very good to have

Edited by Allah: 3/27/2016 6:36:48 PMI still have my year one NL Shadow. I had to reroll that thing like 300 times to get my own "God" roll. It's full auto, explosive rounds, and firefly. Normal Crucible it rocks and is fun to have something non-meta to play with.

Year 2 best legendary scout is the Inward Lamp. All Lamps come full auto. Getting hidden hand makes them really strong in both PVE and PVP. Over 200,000 scout kills. I've tried them all. Inward Lamp is the best. Hung Jury is okay for store bought goods.
