No reason to have any other legendary gun. Other exotics for collection.
I also would like to add my 320 No Land Beyond on the list.
I forgot to mention the touch of malice and black spindle as some have mentioned. Yes I agree those are needed.

For Iron Banner and Trials maybe. In that case, add Hawksaw, and then I'm inclined to agree. This doesn't really cover non-level based PVP, however.... So, add Thorn. And add a decent scout rifle for PVE, aka Hung-Jury or something similar. Now it's complete.

These guns you need posts kind of annoy me, you can play with almost everything and have fun. Zhalo is fun, NTTE is fun, Erienne and Hereafter are awesome, Taiko the dead orbit rocket launcher and it is fun! There is no need to follow a META.

In regards to sniper rifles, since all Y2 snipers are 4 round magazines, why would you use anything but the highest impact snipers in the game? At least in Y1, faster firing had more ammo in the mag but less impact, and a decent reload. Now I just don't get it.

The problem with Year 2 is that there isn't enough diversity between special weapons. most of the time it's just 1k stare, still piercer, Defiance and very rarely the eirrene and pretty much conspiracy theory or invective for shotguns. In year 1 we had a variety, people used Efrideets, praedyths, her benevolence, longbow, LDR, black hammer. For shotguns it was mainly felwinter, matador, party crasher, found verdict, 2 to the morgue and the NM shotgun. Bungie just needs to add more 1k stare archetypes and especially an Efrideets archetype so their can at least be some diversity.
