Improved Nightfall rewards? F****g bulls**t Bungie!
290 armor pieces, 295 ghost shells, 18 strange coins and a whole heap of -blam!- YOU for your efforts. There is absolutely no need for this BS Bungie, like seriously...Why? Thoughts everyone, what are your experiences because from what I've heard around is that these rewards are pretty god damn common, way more common than they should be. Hell, they shouldn't even be in the loot table but whatever that's my rant done. Now let's actually hear your thoughts.

What they should do is increase the drop rate for some of strike specific items. Imago loop, grasp of malok, psion cloaks. I mean those items are legendary but actually worth running the strikes for. The weapons will still have rng rolls so its not like they are just giving you exactly what you want, but it would be much better than the current drop rate of these items.

1 ReplyEdited by cellar dweller: 2/17/2016 1:56:52 PMi think their "improvements" to the reward system all around are a lie. i haven't bothered to do nightfalls in awhile because there are no rewards even worth getting, the rare exotic or the strange coins are about the best thing and thats just to buy a 3 of coins for a chance to get an exotic that will be 310 at most anyway which doesnt help those of us with all 320 characters, 1,000 exotic shards and all the exotics. also they said they were increasing the odds of drops and decreasing the chances of having repetitive drops, yet i get light beyond nemesis helmets and claws of ahamkara consistently but cant get the anahata shader ive been trying to get from the cryptarch for anything. just on my main character when ttk came out i got 1 shader from cryptarch at rank 209 and now on that same character i am almost rank 250 and still have not gotten another shader. one of the last nightfall rewards i got was a fall emote :/

Well. They must have fixed ( on myself at least the drop rate of ghosts from nightfall. I got 0 this week) On a side note. My 315 characters got 297 chest, 298 boots, and 10 3oC. So… not really any better

thank you. i thought i was the only whos been getting nonstop blue engrams with the occasional one purple under 305 no one believes me when i say i literally get garbage for nightfall every single week since TKK update. heroics pay out so much more

You ever look at the light level recommendation? lol. Nightfall is for 290+ and is a lead in to the raid. The only reason to run later is for exotics, strange coins, or the occasional silver item drop.

I ran one yesterday solo until a couple friends finally got on and jumped in they both got legendary guns 290 and 307 and I got the cadence horn lol

I got a 310 SGA, I was fine with it. It's just rng m8, just don't expect to get food rewards right away
