just checking if people still think it's as bad as they said it would be because of the no raid thing
Edit: IMO I love prison of elders. I always stopped at the abyss on crota's end just so I can sit there and kill a ton of thralls and Knights and I couldn't stop doing that, when I heard of PoE I was WAY too excited
Edit: new question: are you happy with HoW?
Edit: should have made this a poll :P

It's all good
-
It would have been cool to add a raid, but HoW looks okay (didn't get to play much)
-
So far, I have only ran it twice, but it is a nice way to change up the grind. If PoE is their way to hold us over until a new raid launches, I am perfectly fine with that.
-
Its fun and a great game type. But only 3 people stinks. Its like the band is breaking up. Everybody's in their 3 mam teams.
-
The prison is pretty fun, but I'm hoping we get a big epic raid that gives the same feeling as doing the vault for the first time again. Crota was pretty meh
-
Raids were never fun for me, just a means to an end: a way to get good weapons and armour. Once I got all the weapons from Crota's End I never went back. Vault of Glass can be fun, but only when you have a cohesive team that will stand by you. Most of the time I am not so lucky and end up with people who just mess about. Prison of Elders is perfect for me: a sort f Horde mode where laziness is not tolerated at all; it isn't even a viable contemplation. You slack in PoE, you quickly find yourself battered hard.
-
I believe this is a amazing change instead of a raid. I feel like destiny is new again
-
With the constant LvL 35 PoE, I think we already have a raid in addition to the standard Prison rotation.
-
Indifferent, wish they would just hurry up and release it in a timely order unlike Crota Hard Mode.

Short answer: Yes

16 RepliesEdited by Sapid: 5/20/2015 5:44:06 PMNo, PoE doesn't have a large amount of replay ability from what I've seen. At least, not enough to replace a raid. EDIT: First, I didn't say PoE was bad. Second, PoE doesn't have the same depth as raids. Third, I never said raids have more replay ability. Am I saying I'm not happy with PoE? No? Did I say I'm not happy with the rewards? No. I'm just saying it's laughable to think PoE needed so much dev time Bungie had to cut a raid for it. PoE is not that complicated nor revolutionary....
-
I was only skeptical but yes I'm ok with it.
-
I've only played the level 32 PoE twice now, and have already had 10x more fun than I've ever had on the Crota's end strike
-
I'm ok with it, but would much rather have a raid
-
I think you mean no raid... at the moment..
-
I'd rather have PoE than that shitty Crota raid anyway.
-
Yes 100% I'm fine
-
Well, actually I felt like PoE is actually the raid. Because it is pretty hard and very challenging.
-
I've always been ok with it
-
Yes, but..... Standing on the ledge in CE got boring a long time ago. VoG is better, but it's a bit played out. Going back to it in a few months will probably be a blast after not running it for a long time. The only thing I will miss in PoE is a 6 member fire team activity. The variety almost makes up for that though.
-
6 RepliesOnly done the level 32 poe once last night... And I have to say... Doing that with two of my buddies required more communication than any raid with randoms. I love it
-
I love it. Each person played a huge role especially on the critical objectives and final boss for level 32. The team work required was awesome. Way more fun than trying to despawn enemies, and shoot rockets from a stationary position.
-
I love PoE but I think most people weren;t upset so much about the lack of raid as they were the lack of a 6 man activity. I think it wouldv'e been awesome to have PoE twice the size with twice the enemies but open it up for 6 people. Having said that, I still love PoE and found it very rewarding to play through.
-
Yes im happy with it. But a new Raid wouldnt be bad
-
8 RepliesI love the chaos that comes from the PoE a lot more than sitting on a window sill
-
I honestly think Poe is much better than a raid
