0.6 kd - gets Gjallahorn
This is why RNG in crucible is stupid. As usual I finish top and get nothing.
I got Gjallahorn about 2 weeks ago, been playing since day 1.
it should not be awarded to noobs like this. Many day 1 players still can't get it

I've seen this happen a few times. Just the other day, I finished with top KD in a Clash match and the guy with the 0.2 KD (literally) gets Gjallarhorn. The best way to get Gjallarhorn is by running up to your enemies and letting them shoot you in face. This is truth.

Only this past weekend have I started playing well in PvP. Given that, for all of the terrible Crucible games I've played I've never received a decent drop from the game.

I got a Gjally in IB yesterday also. My 4th one overall. Finished 2nd overall and a 1.8 kd. Yeah it sucks when people that low get epic rewards but that's what happens with a RNG loot system.

It should be awarded to anyone when it's crazy random. It's fine. Tons of top players in crucible got their exotics too, I'm gonna go ahead and make an assumption that as many get it at the top of the list as the bottom. You just notice it more when it's the guy who joined 20 seconds before the game ended and still managed to die ten times and get 0 kills.

Your team can lose or every players in 1 team has 0.01 K/D they still can get GH. Its the players participation that get rewarded. If no players play this PvP..the game will be dead and Bungie loss revenue. Remember...the players that have lower K/D are the ones suffer the most. Higher skilled players have more kills have more fun. No player happy to get killed over and over. If they quit..the game will lose player. And the lower K/D in your team are make the player in opposite team happy to play. By this logic...the lower K/D should get more reward to make them happy to play. But..we can not do that..other wise no one want to get higher K/D So that's why the reward is Random. It rewarding the participation. Remember this is just a game. If this is a job...and being higher K/D will generate revenue for bungie..then the reward system must be based on K/D.
