In short, enhanced precision instrument’s effects are extremely inconsistent, and generally damage is reverted to the base precision instrument scaling. Fang of ir yut with base precision instrument can kill in 4 critical hits (4c) up to 9 resilience. The 4th bullet deals 53 damage. When enhanced, precision instrument will occasionally kill 10 resilience guardians in 4c as a result of the increased scaling, with bullet 4 dealing 55 damage, which I believe is the intended behavior. However, the 4th critical generally hits for 53 damage, same as the base version, I would guess around 3/4 of the time. What gives? If this is not the intended behavior, can we expect a fix?
