Did you hear about Jarl Balgruf's newest scandal?
There was a mage that leaked the info, he's in hiding somewhere near Riften now. I think the Thieves Guild is sheltering him...
Anyways, he is paying mages to cast Detect Life over and over again in his hold, so he knows where everyone is exactly at any moment.
This is such a breach of privacy.
