I was just in the game and there was no one to be found. I played a couple of fireteam ops alone. I went to the moon no one there. I went to the the courtyard and no one. I logged out and came back and there are players here. Weird.

It's not weird at all. It can happen when you've been on for a while without reset. Empty instance.

I reset modem when it happens and every 5 matches of pvp Because the -blam!- is broken AF

Thats common, the fix is , hard reset your hardware

Timing I think, also low population. People are generally at work still in NA and UK/EU.
