I'm not a hundred percent on this but think they do bring back previous armor ornaments sets for events each year for every event. Hopefully it does and you get what you want, id suggest saving up bright dust for them if they are selling it for that currency again, not sure if it's silver only though for previous entries of the event sets. Normally they sell the sets for bright dust of the current years set, unsure about the older ones, hopefully so.
