What're some exotics, weapon archetypes, and abilities thats long overdue for a rework, buff, or nerf revert? Gonna start hot, OEM and vengeance; it can go one of 2 ways bring back the dmg buff but keep the short timer AND the cooldown for vengeance to refresh. Or allow it to give full os/health instead of the trickle of os (we have a void fragment that does the same thing at a much faster rate.)
