Can't Deactivate Cross Save after losing access to Playstation Account
Hi,
I was wondering if there's a way to reset cross save, and only have my character linked to my Steam and not my PlayStation/Xbox etc. What's the process for this, and who would I have to contact? Any help is appreciated! I want to continue using this account for Marathon as it's been my destiny main for years.

Edited by BNGHelp3: 2/22/2026 1:25:38 AMHey there, the only way to cancel cross-save is by authenticating the linked accounts. You will need to work with Sony's support to regain access to the PSN account. Additionally, even if you do cancel cross-save, you'd be unable to unlink the PSN and XBox accounts due to the March 2025 linking policy change. Unfortunately there is no contact channel for cross-save or linking issues, as Bungie will not adjust anyone's linking or cross-save settings on their end under any circumstances.
