How can get any ticket or token to change the name im have the weirdest name on the bungie site and the game , i want change but not have token can buy tokens?

There are zero means by which to purchase or earn Name Change Tokens. You will have to wait until Bungie decides to grant a Token to all players which occurs rarely and without any clear schedule. (΄◉◞౪◟◉｀)
