Did you try completing the last token? Does it not complete and go away? Could always give that a try, if not.

Just trying to determine if there's a chance it somehow accidentally slipped through the cracks. I suppose you tried again just to be safe? I'm assuming you don't have Wish-Ender because of this issue, which you probably pointed out in the post. Did you make progress on multiple characters towards this or just the one?

It comes from accidentally interacting with some bs in the EDZ for the quest.

I looked into it more and it seems it's been happening to some people around Witch Queen and it seems to be somewhat split on whether or not you can complete them again or if the token spots don't activate. It's a weird one, for sure. I helped my buddy through the quest for the first time and it went smoothly and they were removed correctly, so I at least know it can work under regular circumstances. It sounded to me like OP never got the bow, which I wanted to make sure wasn't caused by an accident on his part. Most reports I've heard on the glitch refer to all 3 appearing again, not just one of them, and usually for those who already got the bow.
