Top Tree Sentinal Titan Bubble not generating orbs consistently (PS4)
While playing PvP about 1 in 10 instances. It's inconsistent with no discernible triggers. It happens with both the Helm of Saint-15 equipped and the Doom Fang Pauldrons. It doesn't matter if enemies are nearby or not, what gametype, or what weapons i'm using. I don't see a trend so I was wondering if this is a tracked issue or something intended that I don't understand.

Any updates? Still popping bubbles with no orbs, I'm straight up not having a good time right now.
