Inaccurate. The Titan would’ve been the one to crash the jump ship into the Cabal.
And the only Betting a Titan makes is in the Crucible.

Warlocks can do stuff like that, too! In fact, Warlocks are much more famous for insane acts than Titans and Hunters! Don’t forget about Aunor and the train!
