Poorly worded on the Recluse nerf. That's not what "precision multiplier" even means. Pretty sure what they MEANT to say is that they are nerfing the damage bonus to body shots (base damage). Presumably, the damage bonus to body shots will now be the same as the damage bonus to precision shots, which is ~20%. This makes it weaker that Swashbuckler, Rampage, Kill Clip, and Multikill Clip, but it will remain the easiest of the damage perks to activate.

Hopefully reversing the box breathing nerf is part of the sandbox changes.

7 RepliesSeriously? That's ur solution to OEM? The biggest issue with it was the tracking. I am punished for shooting someone with OEM in a FPS game! The over shield was probably the least concerning thing about OEM. Do u guys not play test? Or just randomly adjust things? Mark my words, OEM will still be the top exotic by default. It's been more than a year and ur sandbox team still cannot get it right! It is tiring to see this Bungie! And I say this as one of ur most loyal fans.

2 RepliesDo y'all read your feedback? Oem didn't need anything removed. Just reduce the time of tracking, 3-4 seconds is all it needed. Make that the same timeframe for the overshield, health, and damage. tired of tracking going away just to be killed much later on and see them get an overshield. Hardly anyone complained about recluse. Except in the context of it being the only really pinnacle feeling weapon. I read more buff nf and luna to compete with it then I ever saw about nurfing recluse. And with the large uproar about fusion range where is that? Ohk from full range on most corridors on the majority of maps and powerful enough the user can easily solo kill a lot of supers.

why nerf the recluse? Its already been nerfed. it is suppose to be a pinnacle weapon. Yes it was powerful, but what is bungies definition of a pinnacle weapon? Now it will be nothing more than an average weapon that took more than average effort to get. I love this game, but its being ruined by ppl who complain that they got killed by it. If you think its unfair use the weapon urself. The gally from D1 was the only weapon that someone had any business complaining about. it was overpowered yes, but you couldnt just earn that, it was totally rng. People need to stop complaining about other stuff and go get it. Its clear as day how to unlock it, no rng to it.

Any chance at fixing the tower? Constantly having connection issues and getting kicked for absolitely no reason. Doesnt happen anywhere else just the tower. This craps gotta stop. Quit nerfing things that dont need to be nerfed and actually work on the game itself for the first time since release

So assuming MOA still gives it it’s crazy body shot damage, wouldn’t it just be better to just shoot the body now since the body shot does the same damage as a headshot right now? If that’s the case, this isn’t really a nerf.
