18 RepliesYou're so full of sh*t, Bungie. Instead of [b][u]making[/u][/b] content that challenges players, you take away their power and then challenge them. That's like challenging a prize fighter to run a gauntlet with one arm tied behind his back. All you guys did was take the easy way out in this one. You didn't get creative or even tried to come up with something new. You played the "nerf" card, something you said you wouldn't do in the [u]go fast update[/u], and made a lame excuse for it. But we know the real reason, Bungie, you got lazy.

Where has the time went, in D1 I couldn't wait to log on and snag 5 more bodies to raid with. Back then you had piles of people that could and would raid. Fast forward and I haven't played in like 8 months and see we have another raid and I could care less. Til bungie makes a valid and fun reason to play again I can't be bothered with imaginary power levels, gear that's all the same flavour of vanilla and if you got a chocolate weapon it will be on the nerf back to vanilla list. Games are made to enjoy and must have something worth while to chase . If I wanted boring shooting I'd play rainbow six or Halo

Im exited for crown of sorrows. I am going to make a team with some of my friends to try a day one raid with no tutorial or guide. i could try worlds first but i know i would not be as good as any other player. also, i have been raiding since destiny 1 vog and its nice to see destiny 2 bring more raids for lots of pve players to try and complete. best of luck to anyone doing day 1 raid :)

1 ReplyThe armor and weapons for the new raid better look awesome im not about to grind my ass off and do the new raid just to get some lazy ass design gear. That's dam near the only reason i don't do raids no more i did last wish just for a few weapons and 1k voices also that raid shotgun.

As a raider, I'm happy with set up for the new raid. Not happy about all the nerfs to armors but overall the light and level locks are good for a more fair race to world's first and week 1 completion raiders.

5 RepliesThis is just an update of how Bungie is going to fulfill their part of the deal with streamers to get them to say nice things about the game. If Bungie wanted a real competition for World’s First it would take place on a Saturday at 12PM EST 10 days after the new content dropped. They don’t want a true race. They are doing this ONLY for streamers. They even let Gigz win the last one after he exploited his way there. Why? Because they made friends with him at some point and didn’t have the balls to call his cheating ass out on it. World’s First is meaningless for so many reasons now.

I really hope a non streamer group beats it first. Hell I hope that streamers dont start beating it till 5-10 non streamer groups have. But let's be honest. We all know that doesnt promote your game, so I'm sure your loyal dogs, I mean streamers will have clues and tips that non streamers wont.

5 RepliesHere comes an overly complicated raid that only 1% of the population will try while Bungie plans to Nerf every exotic in the game. 20 bucks says most of the bosses are easily taken out by the whisper so nerfing that exotic was critical to the raid being tough instead of making more dynamic boss designs. Also, where are we at with the removal of enhancement cores?

10 RepliesFANTASTIC. Glad you guys are putting more attention towards a even competition for the worlds first raid. My team is happy for a chance to race alongside big streamers for a chance to beat it day 1.
