My teeth hurt
Just got my braces tightened and one of those rubber bands between my top and bottom teeth. Also before someone’s just like haha take a Tylenol, kitti! easy! :)))) I already did that and it still hurts an insane amount. You may now scream at me for how lame this post is, if that’s what you want.

When they come off is the best day of the year.

I’ve found Advil to be better for oral pain. You could also try a toothpaste for sensitive teeth like sensodyne. If you try the toothpaste, make sure you don’t rinse out your mouth with water after you finish as it washes the toothpaste off your teeth and gums before it has a chance to really absorb in. Other than that you’ll adjust to it after a few days.

Nah man. Braces suck. Whenever I got mine tightened, I just went home and ate grapes for a while. I got mine off a year early because of how quick my teeth shifted tho

1 ReplyOne time when having my braces adjusted they took one of my teeth and forced it into place. Just straight up yanked in through my gums. Hurt like hell
