Please activision and bungie remove Eververse. I hope you are aware that for us year 1 players we spent 60 dollars for vanilla, 35 for dark below and house of wolves, 40 for taken King, and 30 for rise of iron. So we had to spend over 170 dollars for dlcs and we still have this micro transaction bullsh*t. Hell, you fu*ked us over by giving new players legendary edition and the collection for 60 dollars with ALL the dlcs. Please, remove Eververse, and I'll be fine with paying expansions every year for this game. Type signed in this forum to sign the petition to remove Eververse. I appreciate your time to read this, and have a nice day.
Edit: Sorry for not remembering that the weps and armor only drop at 3 light. But for all of thoae who think its okay to let these microtransactions slide, think about the money you spent on the expansions. I just wish we could access all the content we were suppoesed to have instead of locking it behind a paywall (btw most masks in FoTL 2016 are only obtainable by buying silver which buys those fotl packages)

1 ReplyBungie needs to remove eververse or at least change the micro transaction system in Destiny. I much rather have Destiny the way it was in year one.
-
Just stop. Bungie don't owe anyone shit.

Remove Destiny from Everbroke.

1. Petitions are dumb and don't do anything. 2. Obviously bungie wants eververse in the game. 3. If u don't like it then tough. Don't buy anything from it or play a different game.
-
If you don't like it, don't buy silver. Problem solved. Then you can stop complaining... but you probably won't.

Petition to remove SternOak78 in Destiny

Microtransactions have been around for ages. Activision utilized them long before holding the reigns of Destiny. No one really complained about DLC weapons skins, but add that (Along with other cosmetic items and stuffs) to destiny and all hell breaks loose.

2 RepliesDon't buy Eververse items? Just because you want something gone because you feel ripped off, means no one else should have access to it? Are you listening to yourself? Or does the sound of being at the centre of the universe make it too difficult for you to hear your own thoughts?

It is common knowledge companies later on bundle games together for cheaper. Heck I played and still play WoW since around 2004ish. 12 years. Should I be mad that new players can get a bunch of the expansion packs that I paid full retail for the price of a single game? No, it would be foolish. I am fine with microtransactions. So you get some emotes and dances, possibly a sparrow, and oh no, a light lvl 3 armor where u have to sacrifice a whole piece of gear to make it usable. Soo sad, soo un accpetable. Sigh. Eververse is how a game like Destiny can keep making money, Destiny is a Pay once, play for ever (until servers shut down) type of game. Without a sub fee to support it, it would not have a consistent source of revenue. It would be one thing if Eververse sold fully leveled out armor, or armor that you can only get via Eververse, but you can still get the items for free. In TK you had 3 loot crates you could get, now we get one, which is fine, you people need to stop your whining at every minor slight.

Well someone doesn't understand what it takes to keep a game like this alive financially. Trust me, out of all the things they could do, micro transactions are the best path for everyone.

4 RepliesYour whole post wrong. No one is forced to buy anything. Nothing you buy gives you a competitive advantage. Everything sold can be obtained without buying silver. Buying silver doesn't guarantee that you get what you want... RNGeezus decides.
-
Signed. You suck, Bungie!
-
Complaining about legendary edition being cheap makes no sense, almost everything loses value over time, the phone/laptop whatever you typed this post on lost its value the moment it became yours.... Even the value of the money you've spent over the course of buying the dlc has changed.
-
I don't use Eververse much tbh, but I did buy a few silver packages so I could get the Iron armour ornaments Cos my Guardian looks so goddamn baddass now lol Besides, I work, earn, Jane money to spend how I like

Remove it

7 RepliesWhat if you were rewarded 100 silver for going flawless.

5 Repliesuh, you realize you dont have to buy any of this, right? theres really nothing impacting gameplay about eververse. its fine, they have cosmetic items. it doesn't matter. are they saying you can get stuff that changes the way you play from this shop? no! they aren't! theres no reason for you to rant about this because it is NOT IMPACTING THE GAME AS A WHOLE THEYRE JUST COSMETIC ITEMS
