175 exotic engrams currently in my vault
99 armor....76 weapon. All three of my characters will be close to max light on first day...lol. How many have YOU saved?

Edit #2: I have been around since day one and know all about the past history of exotic engrams. If they work they work - if they don't they don't. I have every frigging exotic and had no reason to decode them. I never expected them to decode into the new exotics - if they do great. My best hope was that they would assist in raising my light level from the start. Worst case I am gonna rank up the cryptarch a shitload for packages.
Edit #3: LOL. A lot of posts in this thread. To keep the negative posts down I will address some things I've seen. I have a job and a wife (and a child) and together we make well over $200K per year. These engrams were accumulated over many months as I have all the exotics. Why not save them and hope for the best. I'm not going to decrypt any of the engrams (ok - maybe one of each) until I have ran the story mission/strikes/etc as blues and greens will be higher than our current light level. I havent complained yet about lack of content. I will just start saving for the next expansion as I did this one. :)

4 RepliesOh look! Another person who wants to rush the dlc and it's content. I'm not telling you how to play the game but it's 99% of the time that people who finish the dlc in a week; will bombard the forums with post saying they want new content and the dlc wasn't big enough.

1 ReplyDamn, ive got about 160 engrams. About 100 exotic and 60 legendary. I was thinking about marks too. I'm just excited to get my vault space back. All this shuffling is getting on my nerves.

6 RepliesTeach me your ways sempai... What method do you recommend? I have had horrible luck this week when trying to grind 3oc 1 exotic per 8 3oc. The average is apparently 1 exotic per 5.5 3oc. So many conflicting opinions on this subject too. Do you think there is a cooldown? Do you dance to the RNG gods before each ultra kill? :D
