Really Bungie!? nice way to alienate part of your community again. >:(
NOTE: I am a PS4 Player for people reading
Well Bungie WHAT THE F@#! IS UP WITH YOU!!! You say that the Zen, and Jade would be available for Xbox players in Fall 2016. then you change that to "Ohh never mind might as well make 2 year old weapons ect available for Xbox Players in Destiny 2" And with ALL of the PS exclusive stuff remaining PS exclusive. That means that Xbox players are not only missing out on 2 very good Exotics. But also, A map for private matches, 3 Whole armor sets. with the stuff they won't get with the Rise of Iron PS exclusives.
This is, not just bad marketing for Xbox players, It's just a very Douche'y move in general. But we can change this "hopefully" Like we did when Bungie said originally there wasn't going to be a vault space increase. but now they said "okay we'll give you vault space" And i'm a PS4 Destiny player and I even see the bad in this. Also PS4 players will still have to rely on RNJesus to get Zen Meteor, or Jade Rabbit, or the PS TTK armor.
While if they went to Xbox, Xur could sell the Zen or Jade. and the PS TTK armor could be earned from legendary engrams. So lets bump, and like this post for our Xbox Gaurdians to get them what they can enjoy what we had for a year, for they don't have to wait until destiny 2.
UPDATE: Wow 100 likes... considering that there are around 4 threads about this problem in the top 10 threads on the Topic list. Bungie will likely notice. And hopefully make a public comment. But thanks for the support, and showing Bungie that All of you who liked this thread and the other threads about this topic, don't want anymore of this shady business about Exclusivity timers and want more concrete expectations for Exclusives if they must exist.

Someone brought up a point forgot who but the exclusives were set to release in destiny 2 in fall but because its been delated a year thats why the contracts been extended further. Either way do hope you get them.

Keep in mind guys, Destiny 1 wasn't supposed to have a year 3, this actually makes sense as MS probably said "ok so by Destiny 2, Destiny 1 is done so no more Destiny 1 exclusives", then Activision said "yeah we'll need another year of Destiny 1, so if you want another year of exclusives you'll have to pay more", and MS said "JAJAJAJAJA are you crazy, I'm not one of your blind sheep, you wont get us to spend a buck more, keep your exclusives and give them to us when Destiny 1 is done".

So, do you think Bungie isn't giving the PS exclusives to xbox players right away to be mean? If they could, they'd give them to the xbox players. There's obviously a reason why they can't. These threads are ridiculous.

It doesn't bother me if ps has exclusives but remove the grimoire attached to them if we aren't ever going to be able to achieve collecting them. The side arm and crucible grimoires require serious dedication from me, (not the best at pvp) but there's no incentive to complete those anymore, if it's impossible for me to ever reach max grimoire anyway. I'd never step foot in pvp again, it brings the evil out of me anyway....

2 RepliesIm on ps4 and the only exclusive that your mising out on is jade rabbit and most of the people who have it dont like. With that said i dont support the console exclusives but it is pretty much a mainstay in games nowadays.

4 RepliesIts not Bungie, its Activision. They are the ones that make the exclusive deals with Sony. I've seen posts like this a lot and people just need to realize that Bungie makes the games while Activision is making all the business deals and tells Bungie what to do.

12 RepliesTo the few that are somehow confused that X-Box players are frustrated or annoyed, I have a few words. So, I've been seeing, " Oh you have Halo! We don't have that! " How does that even make sense? How does that fix Bungie lying to a good portion of it's fans? You do realize you have exclusive games yourself right? ( Killzone, Last of Us, Little Big Planet, and etc... ) Halo has been a series for well over a decade. If you [b]really[/b] wanted to play that series, I'm sure you would have done it by now. You didn't buy a PS4 for Halo. Okay, so X-Box had some timed exclusives in the past. Yeah, Call of Duty had some. How long at most did they last? A month. You were upset and players complained. Were any of your frustrations not allowed back then either? Why can't we be annoyed in this scenario? Bungie led us on to believe that after we waited our [b]year long[/b] due, we'd get the the exclusive content that we paid the same price as you for. They then extend that another year. Is it really hard to understand why we might be a little annoyed. It's not the items, it's more of the principle of the matter. It's inconsistent and we're left in the dark. It's frustrating. The only foothold you have is that Sony paid and agreed to these exclusives in a binding contract with Activision. That contract also never directly states that Bungie has to hand us the exclusives after a year exactly. I get it, but we wait our year and they turn around and full on extend it without any notice. Isn't that kind of a shady move? I'm still going to buy and enjoy Rise of Iron as I have been for the past two years. I just want to share this to those who are berating the frustrated. This is bad news to X-Box players and they feel alienated. If you're going to troll, at least don't be an idiot. Just throw out your ignorance and be done. I hope everyone has a nice day.

Microsoft had there chance they passed take it up with them stop whining to bungie... what player base of psn players agree with your dumb logic the ones with both consoles... anyways most psn players want to hunt these exotic weapons and sublime engrams not just have them handed to us. As for the maps I flawless every weekend and I honestly don't care, we can literally creat our own matches with friends so no dealing with laggy players when ROI drops. Nightfall rewards, really? we can just do it in heroics with modifiers and all other strikes for better constant rep with boosters as for the armor, we can just cheese the boss every 2mn youtube it.
