Thanks for Private/Custom Matches!
Let us thank the developers for making a dream come true. This is a huge step forward, a historical milestone indeed. The "competitive" scene - but not exclusively by far! - is greatly embracing the new private lobbies and the features to tweak the games and thus looking forward to Rise of Iron! Lots of people will remain loyal to the game, a huge amount of players are sure to make their comeback. Many many thanks!

I agree but have learned repeatedly not to make assumptions about the product before it has been delivered. I am not a pvp guy. Unlike a lot of folks on here i am happy for others even if it doesn't benefit me one bit. It doesn't take away anything so I'm good with it. I just really hope it isn't mangled and bugged really bad for you guys n gals. Enjoy!

However, i AM interested in wandering around some of these PvP maps, if only for scenery i don't often get to see because I'm too busy sucking at Crucible. I wonder; will you still unlock Grimiore for maps you haven't played yet if it loads as part of a private match?

1 ReplyI think it´s nice, no matter how long, they FINALLY bring the private matches for us and this is whats important. Just want to make 2 suggestions: 1. RANDOM. I didn´t see the options for random maps and/or random game modes. Came on, this is basic. 2. BOTS. It would be wonderful have the option of add bots is matches for bad players like me to practice =D Thanks!

2 RepliesThe high end players now gave somewhere where they can play casual or play sweats if they want. Now give the lower end players somewhere where they can get their bounties and quests done. Revert sbmm in normal crucible back to January 2016 setting

Agreed. Barring changes in circumstances, I won't get them, but the PS4 and XB1 Destiny community is a thriving force, easily capable of handling private matches and completely justifying them. I am happy that Bungie has found a way to give so many of you what you want.

I think for the rewards aspect (since they're still experimenting) people could get UPGRADE MATERIALS such as planetary materials, or motes or strange coins, no engrams or weapon drops.
