I believe bungie should exchange the mulligan perk for performance bonus. Mulligan is a wasted perk and the gun deserves a lot better. The no land beyond needs performance bonus to further make the player feel rewarded for getting a kill since trying to kill players in the crucible is already hard enough as it is for the average player. If you land a bullet with the NLB and proct performance bonus you'd have a bullet back. This would allow players to try a lot harder to make shots. With performance bonus I believe players will actually like the gun a little more or even appreciate it instead of hating on it. Bungie please place performance bonus instead of mulligan.
