The other day i went to McDonald's and the service was terrible!
I walk in and there was some kids puke on the floor that had dried up, thats how long it was sitting there. I figured since it was kinda busy they didnt have a chance to get to it yet. So i said whatever and walk up to the line and two dudes start arguing over god knows what. One leaves the other follows and they start fighting outside like idiots. Cops called they get arrested.
Finally my turn to order and the lady behind the counter gets an attitude with me right of the bat. "What you want kid?" looking at her kinda shocked and pissed off i say "i want a number 1 large with a coke", she takes her long ass fake nails and starts clacking my order in on the computer screen. She tells me the total and i said "hold on i needed something else"
She. -blam!-ing. loses. It. She starts yelling at the top of her lungs about how i am a piece of shit and how she hopes i get shot and killed on my way home. The manager over hears this and comes running up and starts yelling at her and im am just watching all this unfold. The cooks come from the back and start trying pull her away from the counter while shes yelling at me and the manager.
Finally they start getting her to the back of the store and she wont quit! Still wishing death on me and now my family. The manager is really getting pissed now asking me what i did. I told her what happened and she apologized like crazy. I was gonna leave but she insisted i get my food and she would give me a manager discount. So i say -blam!- it finish my order and she puts in the discount and says alright ima need bout tree fiddy.....well it was about this time i had began to notice that this manager was an 8 story tall crustacean from the paleolithic era. And i said damn you loch ness monstah i ain't givin you no tree fiddy! So yea that was my worst experience, what is yours?

I have the upmost respect for people at fast food joints, and other places of the sort. Except for people/places you just described

1 ReplyI would have smelled something fishy from the minute I walked in!
-
2 RepliesGood to know that they want $10 an hour for all that. I would've told the manager to fire everyone and hire new employees altogether.

Damn you Loch Ness..

Did you at least get to refill your pokeballs while there?

5 RepliesEdited by BoscosPingas: 7/12/2016 7:18:20 PMDat ending tho. XD Mine has to be the time where I went to Steak & Shake over at St Augustine. The waiter was nice and did a great job with his service, however the food we ordered (Outside of the milkshakes) came out cold, something we didn't ordered, and they were even missing one of the sliders that my younger sister ordered. The waiter did his best to fix our orders, but sadly the cooks weren't doing a good job. So when my Dad's girlfriend at the time asked to speak with the manager, things started to get worse. The manager stepped out to hear what my Dad's Ex had to say, complementing the Waiter's excellent service and how the cooks were messing up orders and bringing out cold food. She (The manager) was acting like a smart ass and being rude to the Ex, the Ex got pissed and starts to rant about how the manager is being immature and show no care about the customers. In the background, my Dad ordered me and my sisters to head for the car as things were getting ugly, so we did. Then some asshole that was sitting on the bar stool said to my Dad, "You better keep that bitch on a leash." Then he said something to the man that wasn't minding his own bussiness, and the man went back to his meal looking down, feeling ashamed. The women next to the man looked at my Dad like he did something wrong, and he just ignored her. Finally after they were finished, we ended up not paying for the food (Execpt the Waiter, my Dad gave him a tip for doing his best in a hell hole like that establishment) and went home. I felt sorry for the Waiter as he was the only good thing about the Steak & Shake and is with a bunch of lazy and rude workers, but one day I found out that he now sits on the throne as the Prince of Bel-Air.

Went to a Dairy Queen and it took about an hour to get my food. It was maybe a 17 year old or something and he forgot EVERYTHING. Well I reminded him and he just kinda blew it off. He saying "yeah whatever" I never got my food but his friends had come in and he just sat down with them. I peeked behind the counter and the manager was just sitting down. When I had come in there was another employee who was just smoking. THEY WERE STILL OUT THERE. Well I left because it wasn't worth it. Later I went back like 2 years later. They ran out of nearly everything. I ordered a Diet Coke and when I didn't get it I asked about it. The guy at the counter insisted I got it. I insisted I didn't. He finally got it for me. I just left after that. Another time I had to go back to Taco Bell 4 times because they got it wrong every time.

Every single time they get my order wrong. Wait a minute that's every time.

4 RepliesEdited by Rhydon: 7/12/2016 7:47:57 PMGod dammit that ending XD Well, I'll tell you my worst experience from the perspective of the cashier. So it was a typical day, people were coming and going into the Restaurant for a quick lunch, and an older looking man with buzzed hair, a mustache, and glasses comes in with a Mcdonald's bag and looking fairly upset. "Can I help you?" The cashier said. "I came in here earlier today to get lunch for me and my family," the customer said "I got the food and took it all the way up to them at that lake yonder (pointing north) and everything was wrong!" Startled, the cashier asks "What do you mean? What was wrong exactly?" The customer then explained "I wanted a Double Quarter Pounder but I only got one patty one it. My wife wanted a hamburger and there was cheese on her sandwich, my daughter wanted chicken nuggets with ranch, she got chicken selects with mustard, and my son wanted a burger with just cheese and ketchup, instead he got a burger with just mustard and onions!" The cashier tried to apologize, but he was abruptly cut off "And speaking of onions, there were onions on everything! There were onions on my son's burger, there were onions in the basket of fries, there were onions in the apple pies and the McFlurries..." Then the cashier started to think that something was off about this customer's story. "Sir, may I see your receipt?" "You sure can!" The customer said, and he handed over the paper bag. The cashier peered inside of the bag and saw the back of receipt paper. He pulled it out and read the back of it, which said,
April Fools

The customer was my dad
I sat at a Burger King waiting for food I paid for. There was no one at the front so I couldn't ask for a refund. They had sports on so all was well and I refilled my soda illegally like 10 times

I'll be honest. It didn't get me, but it is one of the best I've seen.

I feel like I've just been horribly betrayed by someone I never even knew.

I haven't had too awful of experiences. The worst things that have happened to me is that items were omitted or replaced altogether. One time I got apple slices instead of apple pies. That was fun.

4 RepliesI used to be a manager at McDonald's. I can confirm that this is a regular occurrence. As for my bad experiences, I haven't really had too bad of one from a fast food place. From an actual restaurant, on the other hand... So, my parents and I decided to try some little Italian place we'd never been to. It was pretty hot out, so they had the door propped open (I guess they didn't have air conditioning?). We walked in and stood at the host table for a good five minutes before we even saw an employee. She was walking the other way, and a lady at a table across from the doorway had to direct her to us. The employee kind of glanced around for an open table, and had us sit pretty much as close to the open door as possible. She left some menus and went to get us some water. The menu was so limited that the three of us already figured out what we were going to get before she came back -- and she came back with only two waters. When she took our order, she didn't even ask what we wanted to drink besides water, and didn't have a notepad so she just wrote it down on her palm. While we waited for our food, another family came in, and just like us, waited at the door a few minutes before being acknowledged. But unlike us, they were given the choice of sitting in the back of the building where it's much cooler. At this time, I decided to look up reviews of the place out of curiosity. One star. It had, like, six reviews, and they were all one star. I really don't know why we stayed there. The food wasn't great (not bad, but not great), and expensive ($50 for three plates of lasagna); and the service was just the worst.
