I was thinking that instead of creating new subclasses they just add new options for supers. Here is what I was thinking.
Titan:
Arc- Thunder Gun - basically golden gun for titans. But like a rail gun that has two shots and can penetrate enemies for multi kills. So if people are in a line it'd kill all of them.
Void- Fists of Fury - gain force barrier, unlimited melee with both fists. Can still throw your grenade but no guns while using it.
Solar - Solar Flare - emit a bright flash that blinds enemies in the area adds a burn and suppress abilities. A modifier could be to throw the Flare to affect people at a distance.
Hunter:
Arc - Clones - create 3 Clones of yourself to disorient the enemy. Also messes up their radar. Modifiers could be the real you goes invisible when you duplicate until you attack. Or when a clone is killed it explodes.
Void - Arrow Bomb - basically Nova Bomb but for Hunter. Uses the bow to shoot one big arrow or 3 regular arrows at once. Something like that.
Solar - Assassin - gain invisibility and unlimited throwing knives. But each knife you throw would need a short cooldown and deplete your super energy so you can't spam knives.
Warlock:
Arc - Resurrect - bring a teammate back to life. (Not super happy with this one but it's all I came up with) Shock a teammate back to life and both of you get overcharged. Basically a sunsinger able to Resurrect other people.
Void - Time slow aura - basically acts like a mine in PoE. Anyone trapped inside gets slowed a lot. Unless you have a shotgun you probably wouldn't survive being inside it. Also would suppress abilities to avoid supers killing you. And makes it hard to shoot you from outside the aura so you don't get sniped right away or rocket launchers wouldn't track you.
Solar - Vortex - basically FoH for warlock. Create a swirling vortex of fire that sucks enemies around you in and kills them. Could have all the same modifiers as FoH like a lingering pulse or something.
That's what I came up with. Comment with your own supers or how you would change the ones I made. We'll see if bungie picks up any of our ideas.

I have been thinking about shadowshot. I think it would be pretty cool if when you shoot it, every bad guy in its radius would all be sucked into the middle of it and explode.
-
They could do this for destiny 2
-
I like the idea of a redone Shadowshot, but I think this could be better: Draw a void crossbow loaded with explosive shadow rounds that stick to targets and surfaces and detonate, dealing void damage over time.

1 ReplyDefender roaming super Gravity Armor Gives you a multilayered over shield (5 or 6 layers). When each layer is destroyed it releases an explosion that disorients enemies. Force barrier, if active, becomes an extra layer under all the other layers. Modifiers Super soldier: Bonus agility, melee attack speed and lunge range while gravity armor is active. Iron light: adds an extra shield layer, final layer has bonus damage resistance. Vengeance blast: enemies hit by a pulse take bonus damage from all sources.

Edited by WulfPak666: 6/24/2016 3:12:45 AMI actually like all of these suggestions. But... The Voidwalker Time slow ability... I. Want. This. Now. My inner Dio is calling to me.. Za Warudo!!

2 RepliesHmmm the arc clones remind me of psychosis from BO3
-
2 RepliesSure, give us the concept art.
-
That sounds fun man, really cool stuff.
-
2 Replieslol all I could think of when I read fists of fury was Winston primal rage😂
-
2 RepliesYou make comparissons to the supers in the game to your supers, making them even LESS original that they were prior to that. Also, Thunder Gun sounds like a worse version of Golden Gun, but has the Keyhole Golden Gun perk already activated. Sorry to criticize, but it needs to be done.

1 ReplyFist of nerfing Slamming fist into ground causes bungies to stop nerfing :)
-
1 ReplyI've always liked the idea of Exotics that drastically change the way your Super works. Voidwalker slips on a Helm, instantly his Super becomes an AoE DPS/Debuff that surrounds you. Etc. Etc. Etc.
-
The concept of every subclass having two supers is pretty cool, I could only imagine how imbalanced it would though.
-
1 ReplyYou copied a lot of games with these
-
2 RepliesHow about we just play black ops 3? Everyone of those is is bo3.
-
bungie is like, " wow I love all of these ideas. Ok now time to need them before they even come out!"

I like the idea it would be cool if each subclass had an offensive and a support super to chose how you wanted to play

Striker Support Super Fist of Harmony Strike the ground, granting nearby allies temporary Health Regen, Reload Speed, Accuracy, Fire Rate and the like modifiers -Blind nearby enemies -Generate an aditional orb for each ally buffed -Revive allies within the blast radius, revived allies do not recieve buffs Is affected by Headstrong, Death From Above, Unstoppable and Aftershocks (increases buff duration) Defender Offensive Super Ward of Defilement Generates a large Void Cloud around the Titan (roughly 1.5x the size of Ward of Dawn) which debuffs enemies who enter it, but does not affect enemy gunfire. Debuffs include Fire Rate, Accuracy, Supression and no sprinting (but does not affect base movement speed) Bubble lasts for a far shorter amount of time than the standard Bubble Modifiers -Increase Cloud size (roughly 2x the size of Ward of Dawn) -Reduce bullet Velocity inside the cloud reducing bullet damage (enemies and allies are bith affected) -Cloud deals very small damage over time Is affected by perks like Bastion, and Helm of Saint-14 provides a blinding effect within the cloud, however it is less severe than the standard blinding effect granted by the helmet Sunbreaker Support Super Glory of the Sun For a short time generate periodic Sunspots in an area around you (follows you as you move) These Sunspots function exactly like the standard sunspots, however they buff Accuracy and Range for allies standing inside them Modifiers -Generate less Sunspots, Sunspots are larger -Generate more Sunspots, Sunspots are smaller -Sunspots deal increased damage over time Works with the perk which grants an overshield and longer super for standing in Sunspots, however it only affects you and not Allies
Might do more for other classes, had a hard enough time with Titans and I'm only really happt with the Alternate Striker, even then FoHarmony could make Sunsingers obsolete so I'm not sure how I really feel about it
Nice job
-
This honestly sounds cool and would give every class more options to play and would keep people guessing in pvp
-
Warlocks should have a Phoenix super like Jean used in Xmen apocalypse.
-
1 ReplyVoid is the only ones that don't seem like rip-offs from the others
-
1 ReplyI LOVE every one of these ideas.
-
Great ideas guys. Oh, nevermind they're already nerfing those supers.
-
you basically just switch the elements around. nothing has changed at all in those supers. spamming grenades and melee is basically radiance.
-
Sunsinger needs a new super.
-
Thats interesting you say that because they could add new subclasses to all characters
