24 RepliesIt needs to be the most powerful weapon in the game. It needs to melt bosses, including Warpriest and Golgoroth. If it doesn't, this will bring far more disappointment than anything Bungie has done to date. Don't bring Gjally back if it isn't going to be Gjally. Only do it if you're willing to have an OP weapon. Basically, don't be afraid to make it OP. It's supposed to be OP.

For 15 years now, we have lived here. Before that time, I was a pet of my master Yoshi. When we were forced to come to the cosmodrome, I found myself for the first time without a home, wandering thew sewers, scavaging for whatever I could find. And then, one day, I came upon a shattered glass jar and four baby fallen.. The little ones were crawling into a strange glowing ooze from a broken canister nearby. I gathered them up in an old coffee can and when I awoke the next morning, I received a shock. For they had doubled in size. I, too, was growing. Particularly in intellect. I was amazed by how intelligent they seemed, but nothing could have prepared me for what happened next: one of them spoke. Ghally,ghally. More words followed, and I began their training. Teaching them all that I had learned from my master. And soon, I gave them all names: Leonardo, Michaelangelo, Donatello, Raphael.

Is it really that big of a deal guys. You dont have to pre order right after the stream, you can pre order in September even. When you see a majority of info, then put money down if youre skeptical, youll still get Iron Ghorn

3 RepliesIf they're giving it to everyone for a measly preorder it should be nerfed... I love Gjallarhorn and what it used to be, but flooding the player base with the most powerful weapon in the game is just plain dumb. Hopefully what they do is give everyone Gjally for preordering, in a diminished state. Then allow for upgrading with materials that are semi-rare drops from the raid (ie Like Ascendant Energy for year one weapons) until Gjally is feeling like itself again. Its absurd to want everyone to have the best weapon in the game for throwing down $5. Sounds like a path to pay to win...

I'm not getting excited just yet. I will probably be a nerfed sucky version of the real Gjally. More then likely, its just a cheap marketing ploy to get people to preorder.

I feel like the ghorn is just a skin for the ghorn and the regular ghorn will be obtainable like the other year one exotics
