Iron Banner Rewarding Logic (Fix it)

Happened before, it's still happening. People in last place on the loosing team with 1 or less kills that purposely kill themselves 40 or more times for śh!ts and giggles get 330 or higher legendaries and exotic engrams and the people... Such as me... Get 30 or more kills with 10 or less deaths on the winning team that actually try to play right versus being stupid purposely and dying, purposely... They only get rares, motes of light, or 280 or lower items, if not anything at all. ~ I have both my Iron Banner emblem and shader, and my team has lost 4 times in a row today and haven't gotten 1 thing I needed. Then I said screw it and purposely died about 40 or so times because hey, apparently the more you die and the more you suck even if on purpose, you get much better items than the people who played right and did MUCH better. So I went and died multiple times purposely and got 1 kill and still got nothing. However, the guy in first with only 18 kills and 23 deaths got a 335 sidearm and the guy in second-to-last got the same with strange coins, but I got nothing. On top of all that, we were the losing team... ~ I'm not the only one with this problem, there are (About) 25,000,000 people who play this game, that's quite a bit I'd say. So instead of forcing everyone to have to deal with such utterly ridiculous rewarding logic for Iron Banner, so either don't make it an option anymore. Or... You could just fix it to where the people who do better get better items versus people dying purposely and getting better items than the people in first place. Is it just me, or is that juuuuuuust a bit... Ridiculous
