Stop asking other people on forums if a weapon is good or not, it's concerning.
A lot of people are asking on forums if a certain weapon is good or not and it's concerning because a lot of people on forums apparently have a short attention span.
Look, guys, we're all friends here but if you seriously don't know if a gun is good or not then get off of your device, pick up your controller and go and use it.

6 RepliesEven as an someone who doesn't play Destiny and rarely hop on the game's forums, I can say that I disagree with you. There's a reason the forums were made for this game, and that was to talk about it. As you can see, people are getting advice about each weapon and which ones to use and how to use it. Duh.

Eh, if I don't play with a type of weapon but had a gun I always heard was good drop, I could easily see asking if the perks make it one to keep. As I wouldn't have tried any others and being unfamiliar wouldn't know if it's a good fit for weapon X. Why do people care so much about what others do?

I don't see why anyone would have a problem with someone asking a question.maybe they don't want to waste marks on a gun their not sure of. I think the oper needs to get a hobby

Golden you don't need to be afraid to ask ppl how to play better, just like ppl aren't afraid to ask others how a certain gun might play.

A gun is only as good as the person using it. If your gun type/roll works for you then its a good gun.

Forums were made to discuss things. If people want to ask if a gun or a roll is good and have discussion, I see nothing wrong with that. But now here we are having a discussion about why people should or should not have forum discussions about whether guns are good. I'm ok with that too, although it is quite unproductive.

I came to the forums to learn about the game. I made threads on what you look for on snipers, shotguns, hand cannons ect. How would I know armor piercing rounds suck? How should I know hidden hand actually is really good even though it could be a tiny help on aim assists when really it gives a good amount of it. TLDR: I can tell you don't get much advice because you suck at pve and pvp and all you do is whine on the forums, checked your history. OP Git gud scrub .7kdr LMFAO
