I have one with Spray and Play, sureshot, rifed barrel, and Luck in the Chamber. I love it.

Luck in the chamber, rangefinder, and explosive rounds. Im not sure there is better. Destiny likes me today. Ps. I never get any good drops in this game. Getting a good gun to fall at all, forget about nice perks, is near impossible for me.
