If You're Still Asking for Experienced Raiders, Just Give Up
At this point, you don't need experienced players to run the raid. Show noobs the way. Be leaders.

5 RepliesI ask for exp & mic every time I do a raid and will continue to do. Of course people will lie about having exp but they are quickly found out and kicked if they're incompetent. I know a lot of people will say you don't need a mic, and that is true technically, a group communicating will nearly always do better then teams that don't talk. These are two very simple and reasonable things I ask for, if I wanted to sherpa I would but I don't and no one will force me to.

It's true people can have a high enough light level now that experience isn't always necessary but they at least have to know how the encounters work........ Had a group got to war priest and me and 1 other guy were the only ones that actually knew how to do it.......not even challenge just how to do it normally! This raid has been out for over 7 months........far as I'm concerned if they want to learn how to do it they can either run normal mode or watch a damn youtube video to teach them

Edited by E x i l e D: 5/23/2016 9:50:45 PMI got one 335, and two 334 characters, not from Raid gear. I do however want the Harrowed War Numen's Gear, the shit looks pretty nice on the Titans. Then again, I already have Tier 5 Int and Disc, with Tier 1 Strength. Would be nice to complete the Raid at least once, without sweaties acting like they get nothing out of helping other players.

5 RepliesAt this point you don't need to raid at all. I just jump in at the challenge cps each week and be done with it. Every weapon I use is now 335 and it's now a case of trying to get everything I have to 335. This update is cooked.

I used to just say "must have mic", nothing else, and I would usually end up on a strong team. Today, I was on three Warpriest teams. One good, one mediocre, one so bad I left after three attempts. That third team was screwing up in ways I couldn't even think how to coach them on. It was either say things like "kill adds," or "aim your gun so you hit your shots," or bail so I bailed. I wouldn't bring it up except it is the new normal, I guess. Probably half of the weirdest screwups I have ever seen in KF have been in the past week.

People running around as light 332 still die nonstop to the totems, a few people with experience is still needed

There's youtube guides and everything you'd think people would go watch them before they dive into a raid with no experience. Sadly people don't and you waste your time teaching them and they rage quit cause they can't do it.[spoiler]if you can't raid or don't want to learn don't bother[/spoiler]

17 RepliesI'm a father of a newborn baby that takes up the majority of my time. When I finally get a chance to raid, I'm not wasting my time wiping over and over again because people haven't done it enough. Call me selfish, but I now know how valuable gaming time is.

I for one have kids, and being able to call on some experienced guardians to bust out a raid in a hour, or less, is very helpful. I have no problem helping other, I've carried, and taught many, but when you have no time to raid, or teach people for the multiple hours it can take, calling in experienced players is needed! Plus I'm guessing you never played with experienced players because they know there shit, also what do you think flawless is for?? Not noobs!
