New Companion Recruitment Feature

Only had success with this new format once and it was the first time I used it and got lucky. Now let me just say thank you for trying but this new system blows harder than huricane katrina and Ike....!!! Please revert back to the old version..!!!!!!!!!!

Bungie! The lfg recruitment is all wrong! Stop fixing stuff that isn't broken.! Looking for lfg now is shit and too time consuming.....just bring back the lfg the way it was before, just stop messing with shit... Well, ya?!?

Cozmo, I noticed that I was getting a lot more responses to our clan recruitment post. I checked and it was reverted back to trending / new / highest rated... Thank you for the quick action! Pacificdune

The old system of dedicated forum threads for the activities worked well, this new system just causes clutter and lots of half filled teams or full teams with posts that still have open slots. Look at the forum now and you can see most posts have open slots even ones from an hour or so ago. Players are just messaging rather than filling a slot on the post, so you see a post with open slots but the team may not actually have any open slots.

I used to post a recruitment message and my clan members would reply with additional info and how they feel about being a part of our clan. This would make the post trend and we would get a lot of interest and excitement this way. It no longer works this way.... Now I need to resort to the lame practice of bumping my own thread dozens of times just so that it is seen by a few people. In my last round of recruiting we found several dozen new members. This time I have found only 4. I don't think it makes sense to have activity and "guide or not" options on the clan recruitment forum. Could you recommend to the web team that the functionality of the clan recruitment forum should be set back to what it was previously or a seperate clans section made that is not the same as LFG? Please just put it back to the old way, I cant even get a team or it takes to long. I waited almost 30 mins before I could play Coe with anyone.

The old system was better. New system is to confusing and takes longer to find groups than the old way.

2 RepliesMy clan and I stomped out a team 20k to 6k last night. Why wasn't the Mercy Rule activated? What's the threshold? We've gotten No Mercy's with less of a score gap. Why does it happen sometimes and not others?

Here's an idea, before launching an activity. a chat box would pop up and ask; "Do you want a Fireteam?" If you press A or X for Yes, you get paired up with people who are also searching for a Fireteam. If you press B or Circle for No, you will go into the game normally. This way, it is way quicker, more relevant, and shouldn't be that hard to add.

Also, LFG works great as it is... I would not spend too much time re-inventing the wheel. Better clan recruitment tools would be much more useful to us. Cheers again! Pacificdune
