If you invite me to your game...
At least have the decency to tell me what it is you want to do. Don't leave "Play Destiny" in the invite. Don't be that guy. I don't like that guy.

Yeah I can't stand the random invites with no info in the subject line. If people in my friends list do it I'll just ignore them too.

I could not agree more. I ignore every single invite, in this format. I cannot stand it. The other day I was at the reef, and I was looking (online) for a group to run CoE with. There's this one player who kept spamming me invites with general information. So I just kept ignoring them until I found the group online, and left. I don't mind receiving invites, but you best write what you're looking to do.

5 RepliesI ignore every blank invite Always have always will, even from friends and when I hook up with them later they're all like, i sent an invite and you ignored me! And I say, yeah, a [i][u]blank[/u][/i] invite, if you dont have the time to let me know what you want to do i dont have the time to respond lol

I hate those guys. If I'm in the middle of crucible, don't spam me with invites the whole time. It gets annoying really quickly, especially if they know i'm doing something or playing another game.

Also, when you see me at the tower, don't send me 10 friend requests within 1 minute. At least tell me what you want and why you want to add me.

Sheesh, these are trending to me as well recently. Got like 5+ invites from a kinderguardian at the tower, decide to ignore it because I was sure as hell he wouldn't give me the reasons to join him.

There are so many new players out there looking for help. I have spent so many hours trying to help some of the most helpless people. Hour after hour watching people die, then wipe over and over.

1 ReplyI turned off notifications on PSN... mainly because when I play in the crucible, it blocks my radar. So I never see invites. They can join my party if they want, but then they will play the activity that I am doing at the time. If they're not capable of playing that activity, then they're booted. Solved multiple problems all at 1 time.

Haha, my son who is 12 does that all the time. I sit and watch him play to make sure no one is abusive or creeps on him. He's just happy to have someone join and they just do what ever, kinda free flowing.
