At least have the decency to tell me what it is you want to do. Don't leave "Play Destiny" in the invite. Don't be that guy. I don't like that guy.

But it's true, they want to play destiny.
-
How bout when your in tower and get random invites
-
Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes.
AND YES!!!!
I said the same thing to the guys in my clan and they said they never type anything else in its place. Annoys the shit out of me. I'll still join if: I see they are in a raid or nightfall and have 5/6 or 2/3 respectively. Seems pretty obvious what they want Or If they message me details/send me a party invite to discuss the details shortly after the game invite
-
I think I have you on my friends list And I agree
-
It's even worse when they're in orbit doing nothing
-
I hate that crap too because I got stuff I want to do as well and I would gladly help but only if it's nothing that takes too long like the raid. I think the worst part about that is they then take forever to do something
-
>____ has invited you to a party >I enter >Hey what are you guys doin? >Heroic strikes >So_Soild_XT has left the party
-
This times 100

7 RepliesI assume they were trying to inspect me since "Invite to fireteam" and "inspect player" are right on top of one another
-
unless they message me or I know them well enough to see what they are doing, i don't join
-
-
I don't ever respond to these. Chances are it's some kid and I don't like playing with kids, especially ones who are too lazy to specify what they want. And if it's an adult, I sure as hell don't want to play with an adult who does this.
-
When they invite me , I'm like What?!
-
9 RepliesMessage and then invite. Common courtesy.
-
Actually got a message from a random over the last week, rather than an invite. Player asked me to join him/her to join HM KF. Had to decline as I don't yet have a single NM completion on it yet.

Edited by dashadam: 5/10/2016 2:52:11 AMYou are on the money honey. I'm happy to help out if asked but I need to know if it's a quickie bounty versus a 2 hour raid!
-
11 RepliesYeah exactly. Had a kid ask me for help in Challenge of the Elders. He actually sent a message specifying it, and said please. So I did. Then on monday he asked if I could please help him get the 30,000 goal before reset. I wasn't doing anything, and I had a friend who I knew hadn't done it yet on one of his characters, so we helped him (my friend even went so far as to tell him about the 90,000 goal, so we ran another couple). He was very thankful. And when the kid asked me for help when I was busy, he went away without a fuss (I've had someone argue with me about whether or not I was actually busy....).

Edited by Nessa for Life: 5/10/2016 2:30:10 AMExactly. All of those messages get ignored, especially in the tower. Who in the hell jumps into a fireteam with a random with no freaking idea what they're going to do?
-
When I get stuck with annoying randoms, sometimes I invite them to my fireteam just to boot them the instant they join. its freaking hilarious because the game puts them through a loading screen, kicks them to orbit, then another loading screen, only to be kicked back to orbit the instant they get back into the game.
-
1 ReplyAt least they don't just join up on your fireteam! I hate party bombers that just randomly join without an invite!! =p
-
Lol, same, I have this guy who spams me everyday with invites, I message him with what does he need help with and he never replies, yet im in trails or in KF or doing something important
-
19 RepliesI recently added a scrub kid to help him with his first crota. He adds me in a group chat of 88+ ppl... Um, deleted automatically. I'm antisocial as FUCK.
-
4 RepliesI just reply back and tell them I'm already playing destiny, thanks!
-
8 Replies99% of the random invites you get when in the Tower are Squeeker kids.
-
If I invite and leave it as is its cause either way you are doing the nightfall.
