If you are under 320
If you are under 320 then you are fine to play POE 42. Just because you are below recommended level doesn't mean it is hard. Just play it, if you ever need help on xbox one then invite me. Just add me if you need help. I hate how people are asking for ridiculous requirements to do simple things. I hope I can help some people out that are low level.

Hell, I did it as a 306 my first time, no problems. Only the last round enemies took an extra bullet and I had to be really careful. It's really not hard. Even 310s can boss farm.

I guy who was 312 wanted some help and invited me. I was on my 333 warlock but told him I was going to switch characters to my hunter, who is 332. He started messaging me asking what light my other character is! But I joined him and we gotter done

I helped out two guys that were 287 and 293 light in the 42 Elders. It was a cake walk, really. They got some really good gear from it and completed their sigils for even better gear. The main reason, though, that people are asking for 320+ that know what their doing is because they're trying to farm HoJ rep as many times as possible within 2 hours that a Rep booster lasts.

the listed difficulty is Normal. You know how when you go pick a mission, its either green for normal, yellow for hard, and red for nightfall? well poe 42 is normal. Honestly no idea why 320 is recommended. its real easy. The nightfall is a pain tho

Here... [spoiler]Won within about an hour. Probably less, I'm just bad at guesstimation. Don't believe me? Haven't played anything since, so far. Last game was CoE with a 303 and a 299. Shit rewards on my end (other than Her Revenge), but I'd done it earlier today and got LoW and Soulstealer's Claw. Our biggest drawback? 2nd wave boss. Guy's a bitch. Not too hard once you get a tactic situated. We had a few bumps along the road, but who doesn't? They held their own. Honestly, I hadn't expected to beat in my time frame. I was on a schedule and knew we could beat it, but not before I left. But we beat it. What was the point of this post? To prove you don't need 310+ for an activity as easy as this. To prove you don't even [i]need[/i] 305+. That you barely need 300+! Sure, we didn't speed run it. What 299 is gonna speed run a 330 activity? But it wasn't slow. In fact, we got everything we needed as far as scorecards go, except MY cumulative. You all knew it wasn't hard. I did too. CoE as a 310? Got good enough coordination, focus, and patience you've got it in the bag. But did you expect a 312, 299, and a 303 to beat it in under an hour? Probably. Maybe not. And I hate to get all Disney here, but you know what my favorite part was? That I had fun. It was a real challenge. It's no fun to kill everything one shot and breeze through it. You probably don't care, but I do. I think it's pretty cool. Shoutout to... the others (not sure if they want their names mentioned directly). You guys rock! It was a blast.[/spoiler] If it sounds weird, it because it was originally a thread. But I never posted it.

My 324 carried a 290 today.

It not hard if less 320. Problem 1 and 2 rounds is low points. But round 3 with high enemies minions had high points you kill them. If boss decrease your points and it did not hurt much. If you tried get 30,000 points in 3rd round. When boss on 30% of health then he keep summons more minions without stop. It wins for low level light players to kill more enemies.

323 is when they stop being Red numbers. Or whatever color they are for color blind players. Chaperone Headshots are OHK if you can land it as well. Pretty much thats what I tell those lower than the light needed is aim for the face. It's that whole VoG and CE raid mindset and training to always go for the headshot.
