Pre creation Arceus can't pull things out of his ass, and also has the same rules at the creation trio And Omnipotence and reality warping are two different things. Dialga literally exists outside time, allowing him to have seen all that has been and will be. He still has to manually do things. And Palkia bends physics. Not reality warping. He exists outside of space.

Also flash can also phase considering he has actually win the fight as well. He could also take all three by restarting the universe like he did to defeat death and remade it without the previous version of death

Also, since Dialga always exists, phasing through would waste energy as there are infinite. C) Palkia is the space God, he isn't bound by anything. He could actually change the very physics of the speed force, as speed force is not metaphysical, but acts as an energy dimension. D) Except that Arceus pre-dates the universe, so restarting it would do nothing to him.

When flash out ran death, it actually killed multiple pre big bang entities. It actually got out of hand and caused a seperate universe restart to fix it.

But there's nothing to kill. Pre-creation Arceus is literally just a thought. Data pathways. He'd have to completely destroy everything, including what makes the universe, because Arceus is derived from what there was before creation, and shaped it. He'd have to kill himself.
