Another "Destiny Killer" has failed...
It's come to my attention that the latest news regarding the upcoming patch for a certain Tom Clancy game from Ubisoft has it's playerbase in an uproar. That game had been proposed to be (like many before it) to be the game that ends Destiny. How ironic that it's actually committing it's own suicide a little more than a month after release, and here we are, 2+ years into Destiny.
The game's not perfect...not by any stretch, but in hindsight Destiny is doing a lot better than a lot of other AAA titles that have come and gone since September 2014, and has a lot of good things for it.
But not to worry haters...there's still No Man's Sky. Or Overwatch. Or maybe Paragon. Keep hope alive!!! lmao

Division was a great game, but it's weird to me that it was over so fast...And I can't get over griefers in the dark zone that throw themselves in front of you too put the bounty on you do they can take you out with no penalties. That's super bull. It takes an entire portion of the game and makes it rage inducing (for me, I hate exploits). I'd be excited for No Man's Sky for different reasons, and I'd probably play that alongside rather than instead of Destiny.

Bitches get FIFTEEN waves of bullet sponges who dont even give a shit if theyre being shot at because they know themselves that they can shrug off 10 magazines to the face while they charge at you and your team and the fact that nobody has the patience to do a challenge mission if they wipe even two times. Fifteen waves is hilarious if theres people like that.

9 RepliesNone of those games will "kill" Destiny. Destiny is on all 4 consoles. Even if they "kill" Destiny on current gen, Destiny will still be alive on last gen.

I can tell your not a day one player because Destiny Forever 29 = 0 fix to loot drops Farming planet materials Having to farm individual character materials Glimmer cap Horrible cruicible rng Horrible raid rng ( I still don't have a -blam!-ing foil lol) Need a new strike let's run one backwards Found most the exotics let's upgrade those after the crota dlc by implementing upgrades thru xur Year one faction ranking Horrible drop rates for faction ships and shaders Year one vanguard and cruicible ranking Rahool turning your purples into blues People complain about suros ( autos have never been the same People complain about mytho ( fusions have never been the same Thorn ( thank gawd they removed this ) Can't do crota raid unless you glitch it scrubs Elitist mentality forms around house of wolves and trials Poe treasure room kickers Rediculous trials requirements Most the community literally sucking the life and fun out of the game world Must be x amount of light to join team The never ending complaining of nerf this and nerf that Pvp vs pve elitists on both sides Xbox vs PlayStation wars It literally took an entire year for this game to work out major kinks The list can go on The problem is now your so hungry for content most people will again finish all the new tasks missions Poe and strikes and say hmmmm is that it in about 2 weeks So I'm not really sure how people can be this amped for what is being offered You will be tired of Poe in a month tops Maybe play some different games or for -blam!-s sake quit bitching about what other people choose to play. 5 RepliesDisagree. I haven't played since before division launched. Still won't come back for April because bungie keeps using the word balance when it clearly doesn't mean what they think it means. Won't pay for any more content. They lost at least one future interest. This destiny is dead to me.

2 RepliesI still can't believe people are actually comparing these 2 games, firstly Division is MMORPG and Destiny is a FPS with some MMORPG mechanics in it Secondly (as you said it yourself) Division has been out for a month while destiny is in its second year with 3 DLCs, There was also no End game in Destiny Vanilla if you were even around then to know that much I was actually disgusted at IGN's Comparison, and how much they actually compared 2 completely different games, and there was me thinking they were the gaming geeks... smh
