I learned that 80% of Iron Banner players have no idea how to play control.

For every defeat, there's a victory. [i]Somebody[/i] out there is winning. Heck, I just played my first match in months (Control, as luck would have it) and my team won. Didn't win pretty, but still won. I even had Shaxx cheering my "Three opponents down!!!"

1 ReplyWhat people seem to forget is you can cap zones and still get kills. One doesn't necessarily have to come at the expense of the other. I am in the top 1% in zones captured and I have absolutely no problem getting kills.

Noticed that it got worse towards the end of iron banner.. more lost games because people forgot that we need to have zones captured..

Its because they are so focused on their bounties first that the wins are not even a concern. I guarantee give them capture points bounties they would be all over it.

I learned that the servers are potatoes: I dropped from orbit as a green bar, i checked, as were most of the others but when I landed nobody was there and the capture points were missing. I checked my connection again and came out to find everything had spawned in. Except the other team, only 2 of them were in the match and both of them left after getting beat up badly. Not entirely sure what that was but I learned that apparently you can time travel and have to wait for the match to catch up.

I learned that I don't know sh*t about making a montage. They're supposed to be 8-13 mins long right? And Filled with terrible generic sharefactory music? Yo. I did it.

I don't believe that for xbox 360, when I needed a losing team for iron medallions I get a bunch of people who can capture and slay(somewhat) during this week of Iron Banner when I thought I would get bad people when I soloed. Unless of course [quote]Bungie set me up[/quote]

2 RepliesI already knew that, so I didn't learn anything from it. Iron banner should not be an objective type march. There are simply too few people who understand what an objective even is. I suggest 12 person rumble for next iron banner.

There was this one match, just this one, where I was in a bunch of randoms against a team of 6. Early on, we were winning around 4000 to 3000, and apparently that was enough for the whole team to quit. We ended up winning by default. They could've caught up, which was weird.
