One for logging in, one for completing level 41 PoE once, and one for doing the weekly crucible activity once. The sterling treasure contains two loot pools. One Guaranteed Items pool, and one Possible Items pool. You are guaranteed 1 item from the first pool, and up to two items from the second. The first pool contains Taken and Spektar gear. The second contains stuff like chromas, reputation buff consumables, and other stuff. You can also get sterling treasures from Tess Everis for 200 silver if you don't want to wait until the next week. The gear is at 3 light level so don't worry about it being pay to win.
