Why does NO ONE use fusion rifles?

Plan C, Susanoo, Thesan, Telesto and Darkblades spite have been recent crucible favorites

depends on persons playing style. im aggressive so i need fast/quick action therefore fusions only slow me down.

Man, fusions are super-op and so game breaking. I intentionally don't use them because I want other players to see my "awesome skills."(sarcasm, very extreme sarcasm)

Two days worth of Fusion Rifle play. The clips aren't great but they were fun to make!

I always use Fusions to get the special kills for IB bounty. Susanoo, Long Far Gone, and Panta Rhei.

When I run my NLB I put on my fusion, it's pretty great check it out on my hunter.

It all started with pocket infinity, then my light/beware, and 77 wizard. Then it was plan c and pretorian foil. Then it was murmur and now it's sleeper.

Edited by TheWayHeWept316: 3/28/2016 1:56:19 PMCharge rate. Unless you catch someone by surprise, they will usually be able to get close and shotgun you. They also can just stay back and out of range and easily just drop four Mida rounds into you. Or TLW. Or Doctrine. Fusions are great if you can get into a perfect range and get one shot off before they can react. Otherwise, it's a tough weapon to use consistently or affectively.

Edited by Un1337ninj4: 3/28/2016 1:53:56 PMI've just about gotten where that's all I use actually. Namely my ol' Purifier (think Thesian with more Range and Double Down.) and SplitSy Pro. They have a higher skill floor than Snipers currently even if the ceiling is a bi' lower. Just NEED Braced Frame and decent Range.

I use my Thesan occasionally. It's super fun to use, but not competitive. Not that I play "competitively"

People suck at playing the game and using their brain to learn. Doesn't help that the weapon is not hitscan like most of the others. So it's a bit daunting to them I'm sure.
