Alright, Shadestep, Twilight garrison and......
Well bungie? Are you waiting until destiny 2 comes out to give warlocks an evasive skill? If you're counting that little exotic that's coming out to reduce blink that's sad and not enough. By September there should be something you can think of or let the community help with ideas.
My idea was just to give them a kinda cloning ability and then you appear behind or to the side of your clone. It dies easily of course and it runs around the map to make it look more realistic. It doesn't shoot back but it'll throw off your focus. And the cooldown is about 10 seconds.
Give some of your ideas or extended to mine. Thank you guardians.
Just think about being surrounded by 4 people, there's no way for a warlock to get away from that. Hunters get away from everything, titans can tank almost everything but warlocks just float around, waiting to be shot. There's no way of dodging.

I already had a idea for it. If hunters is on the ground and twilight in the airwhy not give warlocks a mid-air evade? (jumping hight) Blinkrun: press O to evade So basically its a portal jump. the warlock will jump inside the portal and the portal with the warlock will disappear (for 0,3 seconds or so really fast its a evade remember) after another portal appears the warlock will jump out I was thinking of a white or purple because it is meant for voidwalkers. Also I would like a new mechanic added to it those 4 buttons we never use those left right up down ones. Up and down lets you change how far you want to go in the next evades is it short or long? This will be for hunters and titans as well. Some might think what a stupid idea but it has both its positive and negative side sometimes you need it to be a bit faster rather than the whole animation. If your a kind of guy who wants it to be short or long because of the map or activity than do it. Its just a idea sorry if I have wasted your time. ~sincerely a voidwalker main

If warlocks get an evade then Firebolt needs a nerf. Firebolt isn't super OP because warlocks have no evade. BTW Titans can't "tank" everything. Warlocks with the right setup can tank the same or more.

5 RepliesWarlocks have ionic blink in stormtrance. Titans use their exotic slot, hunters use up a perk/exotic slot and warlocks have to be in their stupidly long lasting super.

2 Repliesadd an aerial evade to angel of light and then move blink into a different column for voidwalkers and bladedancers and make it a horizontal movement (travels farther and faster than shadestep but in a straight line and has a longer cooldown + can get shot mid animation)

Shade step is way better than. Blink. Who needs self res when nothing can touch you? Warlocks need an evade. I would be super cool qith loosing touch of flame.
