Alright, Shadestep, Twilight garrison and......
Well bungie? Are you waiting until destiny 2 comes out to give warlocks an evasive skill? If you're counting that little exotic that's coming out to reduce blink that's sad and not enough. By September there should be something you can think of or let the community help with ideas.
My idea was just to give them a kinda cloning ability and then you appear behind or to the side of your clone. It dies easily of course and it runs around the map to make it look more realistic. It doesn't shoot back but it'll throw off your focus. And the cooldown is about 10 seconds.
Give some of your ideas or extended to mine. Thank you guardians.
Just think about being surrounded by 4 people, there's no way for a warlock to get away from that. Hunters get away from everything, titans can tank almost everything but warlocks just float around, waiting to be shot. There's no way of dodging.

Give it to Sunsingers only to replace sunburst more. That way they choose between Viking funeral or an evade. This would add a great deal of balance and maneuverability to the class. Void walker and Stormcaller don't need it since they can both blink.

10 RepliesI think it's fine, reasons: Titans: can evade, can't blink Hunters: can evade, can blink Warlocks: can't evade, can blink. If warlocks get evade, Titans will want blink. Circular reasoning sorta. Do you really want blinking shoulder charge combos?

1 ReplyI've said this before elsewhere, remove sunburst from the sunsinger skill tree(scorch kills generate orb) and give an evade. You would have to choose either evade OR Viking funeral, that's 2 birds one stone right there.

Just deal with it. If warlocks got an evade they would pair it with blink and boom. Overpowered at its finest.

Hmm, I seem to remember using an ahamkara's skull... If you feel like you need evade on a warlock then you aren't playing it right.

That new Warlock exotic helmet coming out reduces blink cool down and significantly extends blink distance,so basically year one blink, that should be enough.

Why is it a must for warlocks? If you want to use it then play Titan or Hunter. Why do you assume when other classes have it you should have it? Should everyone have shoulder charge? Or Smoke nades? Why dont I have a flameshield on my Titan? And don't say its force barrier. Stop crying dude.
