Which class takes the most skill
So what are you guys thoughts on what class takes the most skill

14 RepliesI 100% disagree that hunters take the most skill to use. On the contrary, the hunter and it's mechanics are the most traditional in terms of fps and how movement has worked in fps games. Their grenades are not hard to use, golden ups the aim assist to make shots easy, I would say that the manipulation of blink and it's movement are difficult. Shade step is also an art form. Still the MAIN mechanics behind hunters themselves are extremely traditional. Warlocks probably have the most awkward jump to learn and manipulate, but their grenades aren't hard to use as well.. After playing all three classes extensively and think that Titans have by far the hardest mechanics to learn and trickiest grenades to use effectively

I can't vote as there is at least 3 problems with each class. The issue is over coming them not the class itself

In general defender titan is the hardest to use effectively. Hunter is the most popular class showing it's not difficult to learn. Only hard part about a warlock is the jump

indivisdual subclass or the class as whole? In pvp or pve? PvP: defender titan requires most skill. I think thats whatost ppl can agred with. PvE:In my opinion, its gunslinger. It has least survivability compares to other subclasses. The super cant kill big group of enemies unlike other roaming supers and does not provide any damage resistance. Unlike void walker, their melee does not regen health on hit. If we look at the class as whole. Hunters are hardest to play in pve, while easier in pvp. All 3 warlock subclasses are good in pvp(either small group like ToO or large group like clash and control), In pve, They have an extra life. which is one of the easiest class to play pve. But their jumps are rerrible. Titans have best pve survivability (to not die) and provides best support to teams. in pvp, titans are mediocre, they r the fastest, but their super often result in one kill. And often used as panic super to save thir lifes. Overall: titans is hardest in pvp, Hunter in pve

I've played mostly my whole entire tenure as a Titan and average about a 1.60 -1.80 KDR on it. I later made a Hunter and A Warlock and both classes cleared 2.0 kdr easy. (The Warlock later lost this kdr due to messing around with odd weapons in Trials.) More proof of this is by checking everyone with a Titan and another class. I Guarantee you the Titan has the lower Kdr/Stats

The Hunter - Warlock - Titan ratio is abkut 45 - 30 - 25, so these numbers don't suprise me.

Titans. Despite titans being the easiest class to use, you need to have a decent amount of skill to properly use it to its full extent.
