State of the art gym that probably would not get touched. Capable of remaining powered and functional off the grid for months. Build false housing above bunker, just a frame that looks nice so the neighbors don't complain. Set up the most badass gaming room possible. Never leave. Probably dead within five years. Edit: Apparently I'll be having a few guests so bring some goodies. Also, a slacker homebody gaming girl to settle down and live like a hermit with. If the party spills onto the surface I'll order generators and every party bus within 60 miles.
