"Hard scoping" ... You mean Sniping?
Go back to Call of Duty kiddies who call sniping "hard scoping". You're not fooling anyone, we know you're awful.
Standing back and aimed is sort of the entire point of the weapon class.

5 RepliesFirst time I heard "hard scoping" in destiny my initial reaction was the same as you. But sitting in the back of the map aimed down sights really takes no skill I think it is more fun and more challenging to be a mobile sniper.

You can't subject "sniping" to just hard scoping. Hard scoping is just another tactic to use when sniping just like quick scoping and drag scoping. In destiny, it's just too easy for any player to get kills with hard scoping especially with the 1KYS. A good sniper will know when and how to hard, quick, or drag scope etc.

Problem is most of the maps are small and all of cod maps are small, leaving snipers in an odd place in pvp. I honestly prefer the sniping in battlefield, it takes more skill and is more satisfying.

Just watch some Black Ops 3 pvp and was disgusted. People are hip firing a lot more accurately than they would on the range.

I agree. Like who is out there in real life doing breach and clears on rooms with a snow or rifle? Chris Kyle hard scoped, I guess he was a scrub.

There is a difference between camping and hard scoping but a lot of people call camping "hard scoping" if that makes any sense

5 RepliesLearn the difference between sniping and actual Hard Scoping.. LT around corners, is not sniping. Headglitching and LT for 5 hours is not sniping. Sniping is setting up, hitting your target, and moving to another area for the next target. Stop acting like aiming around corners peeking in and out, is sniping. You make the real sniper users look bad.

There is no "swipe" shots in cod, it is only easier because you can ohk to the chest with most snipers. Also, if someone is i.e. Scoping 1 line more than 3 sec it is hard scoping
