Longest boss battle you ever had.
I was soloing the prison of elders on normal lcl 28 (im 34) did alright then the boss was the cabal one. I died like 7 times thank god i was sunsinger fireborn, it was a 20 minutes battle.
Edit: only boss battles that was long battles not died and having to restart or something like that.

Solo nexus void burn nightfall using ghetto icebreaker: invective, wait for full ammo, switch to sniper, unload, back to invective, repeat. Took ages.

Went in as a joke, and managed to stay alive and complete it. No idea how long it took, but I would average 1 lap of the room to 2 or 3 headshots of a boss ratio. LOTS of running and smoke bombs involved in that.

Solo Rockets McDickface nightfall about a year ago. Solar burn and I didn't have an Ice Breaker of Gally yet. Naturally I hid under the ramp on the left. After I had him at about half health he went to the platform above me and I could hardly stick my head out without nearly getting killed. Finally a friend joined and he just stayed under the platform to anchor while I popped out to damage the boss. Took frigging forever. I got seven strange coins and my friend got five. Sweet.

There it is, my new ps4, ready to play and stuff, suddenly, update takes 99+ hours because my dad is cheap and stubborn and has 3 down, really!? I'm not playing this game anytime soon, even if it does download, good thing I also got fallout 4 to play meanwhile [spoiler]the update is the longest boss battle[/spoiler]

7 RepliesSephiroth in FF7. in the final fight he spams a move that basically destroys the solar system. But the whole animation of it lasts like 3-4 minutes. and it plays everytime he uses the move.

nightfall maybe a week ago i had to kinda carry this other guy then he went afk so i was fighting the boss by myself in the end he and another came back but it took an hour and right as we killed the boss i disconnected and lost all my kills (250+) and got a blue engram as a reward
