Petitions do not mean shit to bungie and never did and never will. so even if has 10000000000000000 bumps/signs it does not ever mean they will or ever have to or ever should.

Wouldn't even have to be all old strikes at once. Just add in 2 different oldies per week, rotated out on the weekly reset.
