Edit: I like the gun it's not that. it's just if you make a gun with perks the perks shouldn't go away when your in the bubble in a raid that's why it's a cheat.

You can't cheese the raid with a douche bag. It just makes it a little bit easier to have it but there still hundreds of raid groups that still havent finished hard mode even with all touch of malice's.

I'm not going to get hostile with you, but you might be misguided. It's a doubled edged sword that does an incredible amount of damage while in the bubble.. but at the risk of using it up until that part is the challenge. It can be tough in the Shade section as well since life does not regen.

It was basically made for the raid and is a blast to use. It's a lot more fun than most other weapons with that high risk reward built into it. Plus it's unlike any other weapon we have making it unique. You don't even have it man and you still need to be careful in the raid because of the loss of health perk.

It was intentionally designed that way to be used in the raid exactly how everyone uses it. It's not a cheese. The devs commented on this fact themselves.

1 ReplyIf you had the gun you would realize it has that purpose for a reason. It shines in the bubble and can be a handicap to the player throughout the rest of the raid. 11 shots per mag and a reload speed that leaves a lot to be desired. Not to mention how easily you can handicap yourself if you're not paying attention to your rounds left and health. It takes more skill to run through the raid using an 11 round scout rifle than some other guns.

4 RepliesYou realize that this gun is basically designed to be used against oryx right?!!! Hence why you have to complete the raid to get the quest! So tired of people calling stupid shit a cheese! There is no cheese for the raid! Even hard mode has a "easier" strategy which still takes hours to complete. Using a weapon designed for oryx isn't a cheese, and neither is using a helpful strategy! No ones using warlock to de spawn ads, and no one is using solar grenades to make oryx fall off the map...no one is killing him in 30 seconds with gjallarhorn! Just accept that hard mode is hard and go get the ToM or your gonna have an even tougher time trying to beat it!

How is it a cheese if it intended for oryx hence the "invincibility" you get from the hive/sister? If you need a bubble for oryx your doing it wrong.
