Bring some positivity to these forums
This community is way too negative. If you haven't gone flawless, if you don't have a K/D over 1.5, if you haven't completed hard Crota 20 times, you aren't allowed to have an opinion on these forums.
Before you come at me with "git gud skrub", I am a very experienced destiny player. I've done everything this game has to offer, and I spend all the free time I can on this game. However, I use my experience to help people, instead of put them below me. We all love the same game, and if you don't love it, why are you on an app talking trash about it? If you don't like the game, it's not making you keep playing.
Edit: This game becomes a lot more fun when you just accept thar Bungie is working on patching what we want. You enjoy it a lot more.

26 RepliesI never feel I am better than any other Guardian out there. I feel I do the Vanguard proud (as well as Dead Orbit, my faction of choice), but so does everyone out there as well. I try to give back to everyone I can, helping those I can if I have the time (sometimes life gets in the way). Whether it is a lower level Guardian trying to complete a Public Event by themselves, a group of 4 struggling to open the Vault when I pass through the Waking Ruins, or what have you, I try to give back. However, I have actually had bad experiences with random Guardians out there in the wilds and it makes me hesitant to try and team with people to tackle more. I want to run more VoG and Crota's End, but some groups I have gotten in with tend to be very disrespectful and forget that this is just a game. I don't play to try and get more stressed out from someone going crazy if things don't go their way, I play to have fun and hopefully make some new friends. Hell, I haven't even beaten Skolas yet because the one time I got close, so much happened and I had to walk away (multiple hours, five different teammates, only to get screwed at Skolas). I want to tackle him again and try for my cipher, but I am just hesitant to search for help on not only LFG but the forums as well. So many have ridiculous requirements for teams (all of which I have, minus a win already or else I wouldn't look) that I just decide to run around by myself because I know I can trust myself. I'm serious about getting things done in games, but I like to have fun and joke around with my friends. It is just more enjoyable when people can laugh at things (including themselves if something happens) that go on. This doesn't mean I'm not taking a battle serious, but it just means it shouldn't feel like a chore... But I don't see a lot of Guardians like that anymore... Most just want to get things done and cannot just take a failure without flipping out. *shrugs* Am I the only one that feels like this?
