Who asked for a horde mode ?
Can we please find who it was ? I seriously need to know who is responsible for this shit!
The VoG has a horde mode it's called defend the confluxes and kill oracles while a horde of vex attack you.
I am not opinionated against how. I am excited this Is just a discussion all you "butthurt about i don't know what's".
Obviously the arena will not be simply a horde mode or it just wouldn't work. I have found myself fighting off hordes of enemies in destiny plenty of times there must be a catch other than getting awesome gear drops Lol.
And all you nietsche assholes that say don't talk or post until you play it go away you don't care when someone hypes its up.

Halfway raid and strike....how do we get this new raid gear? Will they withhold until a new raid is concocted?¿

The responses you get here will mostly be from people who actually did want a horde mode Start another thread asking for people who did NOT ask for a horde mode and you will probably get tons of more responses saying that they didn't (me included).

I asked for it cause it was something new and different for destiny and I was getting sick of all the bugs and glitches in raids

Quite a few people loved how much their ghost set off alarms, or was so inept it took him 3 waves of enemies to open a door, so they decided to ask Bungie for that but as a game type.

1 ReplyNot me! I didn't ask for a horde mode I think it's -blam!-ing lazy of bungie! They must have known this would cause a stink and went ahead with it anyway. Perhaps they had some really great ideas for a raid and thought "We'll get all of the destiny community to pay extra for another raid in Comet!". "Genius idea! But wait, what about the people who have already bought the DLC" "-blam!- 'em! We already have their money!"

4 RepliesI've been spamming bungie with the idea since day one - now they have listened I am asking them to also remove all raids and instead cut the best bits into 5 minute segments and given to us as a hard-patrol and the rest for PVP maps.

I just don't think a horde mode should be a paid feature. The game has such little content people are quitting before they even get to level 20. It should be something accessible to people who are just starting out with Destiny and want to do something rather than defend Dinklebot.

You must be new to the forums. People were asking for a horde mode since day one. But do you have any proof it's a horde mode? I don't.

5 RepliesThe new arena will be dinklebot opening a massive door for two hours and every five minutes major dregs, vandals, and captains are teleported in. The last five minutes is a blue tinted Sepiks When the door is open, it shall reveal Randal, The Vandal guarding an exotic chest. Randal has grown an extra two arms and now has swords that do void, solar, and arc damage simultaneously. Not to mention this arena will have void/solar/arc burn. The HM version will include what is known as an omega nightfall mode where if any member of the fireteam dies that character is deleted and the slot for creating a new character is also deleted. If all three characters are defeated in this arena bungie personally contacts you to let you know that you are in fact a Scrub. They then repo your system.

My feelings are that this is going to be a major letdown. Given that bungie seems to be waiting as long as possible before releasing details.

I know I saw people asking for it, but as a supplemental game mode, not as a replacement for a raid and definitely not as a 3 man only activity
